HOW TO JOIN THE SCHOOL

Starting your studies at the school could not be easier. You have two options:
Option 1: Shop and buy online
Option 2: Just follow the steps below.
1. Choose either the course of ENGLISH and number of sessions or the Business and IT course you wish to attend.
2. Read the Visa Information and the Terms and Conditions. You will be asked to agree to be bound by these conditions for studying at the school when you fill in the enrolment form.
3. Fill in the Enrolment form and send it to our office.
4. Make your payment, including bank charges if applicable. Payment for tuition of less than thirteen weeks and accommodation of less than five weeks must be made in full. A minimum payment - twelve weeks tuition fees and four weeks accommodation fees if applicable - will be accepted if the duration of study is more than twelve weeks. The outstanding balance must be paid monthly in equal amounts until the midpoint of course. Payment should be made in any or a combination of the following ways:
4.1. Take cash or cheque to the office.
4.2. Post personal or traveller’s cheques made payable to LINGUACENTRE Limited to our office.
4.3. Transfer the money to our bank which is:

When making a bank transfer, please tell your bank that you would like to pay the recipient's bank charges.
5. Send a copy of the transfer confirmation to the office. Please identify the student, the course, accommodation and transfer costs on all bank transfer documents.
Optional pocket/spending money for younger students may be included with the transfer but must be identified as such.

What happens next?
On receiving your enrolment form and payment we will post our confirmation/acceptance package to you. The package will include visa support documents (if relevant) or a letter of acceptance, a receipt, transfer and host family details if applicable.
When you arrive at the school you will be asked to take a placement test.
Please bring 2 passport-sized photographs.
All juniors receive a welcome pack when they start their course and an English Course Certificate at the end of their stay at Linguacentre. Adults may request an English Course Certificate: please give us one week’s notice.
