How to join

Starting your studies at the school could not be easier.

1. Choose either the ENGLISH course and number of sessions you wish to attend.
2. Read the Visa Information and the Terms and Conditions. You will be asked to agree to be bound by these conditions for studying at the school when you fill in the enrolment form.
3. Fill in the Enrolment form and send it to our office.
4. Make your payment, including bank charges if applicable. For all courses from 1-12 weeks, full payment for tuition is required in advance. A minimum payment of 12 weeks tuition fees will be accepted as a deposit on courses exceeding 12 weeks. The outstanding balance of tuition fees must be paid monthly in equal amounts by/before the midpoint of course.
For Homestay accommodation of up to 4 weeks, advance payment is required in full. For Homestay accommodation of more than 4 weeks, 4 weeks' minimum payment must be paid in advance. Thereafter, Homestay fees must be paid either monthly or on a fortnightly basis, by agreement with LINGUACENTRE Management.

When making a bank transfer, please tell your bank that ALL LINGUACENTRE bank charges must be met in FULL in ALL cases.

Payment should be made in any or a combination of the following ways:
Either:

        Take cash or cheque to the office.
Or     Post personal or traveller’s cheques made payable to LINGUACENTRE Limited to our office.

When making a bank transfer, please tell your bank that you would like to pay the recipient's bank charges.

Optional pocket/spending money for younger students may be included with the transfer but must be identified as such.

5. Send a copy of the transfer confirmation to the office. Please identify the student, the course, accommodation and transfer costs on all bank transfer documents.

On receiving your enrolment form and payment we will send you our confirmation/acceptance. This will include visa support documents (if relevant) or a letter of acceptance, a receipt, transfer and host family details if applicable.

Please bring 2 passport-sized photographs.

When you arrive at the school you will be asked to take a placement test.

At the end of the course, all juniors receive a LINGUACENTRE Certificate. Adults may request a Certificate: please give us one week’s notice.
